- An Evening with Old Millhillian, Nancy Zamit
The Old Millhillians Club hosted another fantastic career networking event for all Old Millhillians and a number of Sixth Form pupils this term.
Old Millhillian, Nancy Zamit, the co-founder of Mischief Theatre and a multi-talented performer and creator, has starred in and created a range of popular productions, including The Play That Goes Wrong, Peter Pan Goes Wrong, and BBC One’s The Goes Wrong Show. Nancy’s career spans the West End, Broadway, BBC, ITV, Comic Relief, and The Royal Variety Performance.
Many Mill Hill pupils over the years have been taken on theatre trips to see her productions and it was wonderful to see so many attend this special evening in Blackfriars.
Nancy’s work with Theatre is defined by a combination of tightly crafted chaos and heart. One of the keys to her success is the ensemble nature of Mischief, where collaboration and trust between performers have created a uniquely dynamic theatre company. She shared stories from her career, her approach to both comedy and creation, and what it takes to build a lasting, successful career in theatre and television.
The event hosted by OM Tom Lincoln took place at the exclusive Viewing Lounge (Floor 32) of One Blackfriars, with a stunning view of London reserved solely for this Old Millhillians Club career networking event.
It was a brilliant evening for all, well done to all those involved in organising and thank you to OMs Nancy and Tom for hosting and being a part of the event.
