Mill Hill School is proud to launch the Mill Hill Cricket Academy, an elite program designed for pathway players and those striving to reach that level.

The newly launched academy is built around the Mill Hill Talent Framework, providing a structured development program that aligns towards county cricket playing levels.

The academy will offer specialist coaching across all aspects of the game, focusing on:

• Technical skills – refining batting, bowling, and fielding techniques
• Tactical awareness – developing match intelligence and decision-making
• Physical conditioning – strength, agility, and endurance for high-performance cricket
• Mental resilience – preparing players for the pressures of competitive cricket.

Players will benefit from both indoor and outdoor training, ensuring year-round development. Additionally, 1st XI players will be invited to certain sessions based on the theme, providing a high-performance training environment and role models to look up to.

This program will provide structured, high-level coaching that mirrors county standards, helping our players reach their full potential. We are not only supporting those already on pathway programs but also those who are striving to break into them, ensuring every player has the best possible chance to progress. This is a vital addition to our cricket program, reinforcing our commitment to long-term player development and success.”

The launch of the Mill Hill Cricket Academy marks a significant step in the continued growth of cricket. With a strong tradition in the sport, this academy provides a clear pathway for aspiring cricketers to take their game to the next level while reinforcing the School’s commitment to cricketing excellence.
