Our School Values
1. Excellence
Whatever a pathway a pupil chooses, we encourage them to be the best that they can be. We inspire our pupils to stretch themselves and give their all in everything they do, from attitude and behaviour to academics, from sports to art. We want them to shine in everything they set their mind to.
2. Resilience
At Mill Hill, there is no ‘fail’, there is only improve. A setback or mistake is positive; it is a chance to learn. We relish an opportunity to take on a challenge and push ourselves out of our comfort zone. We don’t fall at the first hurdle, but get up and try again in every aspect of life.
3. Integrity
Mill Hill pupils will always be guided by a strong moral compass. We will always seek to do the right thing and to find the truth in all that we do. We will always find the courage to stand up for what we believe in and show respect for all in our community.
Our Group Aims
Our values are underpinned by our Group Motto; instilling values, inspiring minds (‘et virtutem, et musas') and our vision is to ensure that all our pupils are equipped to thrive in life, now and in the future. As part of the Mill Hill Education Group its purpose and aims can be found below.
